Reservation Process:

Surf Rider Properties:

1. Submit an inquiry
2. We'll contact you to answer any questions etc...
3. Once you decide to book the property, we will email you a reservation agreement and invoice for the booking deposit
   
1. Booking Deposit is equal to 25% of the rent plus tax
2. The invoice will be sent via PayPal, it will have a secure payment page where you can pay with a credit card, PayPal account, or echeck
3. If you prefer, we can process your credit card for you.
4. You will fill out the rental agreement & either fax or scan and email it back to us, and pay the invoice
   
5. Once we receive the payment and signed Rental Agreement and booking deposit, we will countersign the agreement and email or fax it back to you along with a reservation confirmation email.
6. The final balance, fees and tax will be due 21 days prior to check in.  We will send a second invoice for the final balance a few days before the due date. 
   
7. Once we receive the final balance payment we will email you the property access instructions
