Mission Beach "Surf Rider" Condos

We manage 3 awesome condos in the Surf Rider, a historic building directly on the famous Mission Beach Boardwalk, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy beach!  Completely renovated in 2004 the Surf Rider has become the place to be!  Look no further for the best in modern luxury beach side! Great for families, a romantic getaway, or just some time with your friends!

This is San Diego vacationing at its finest! You won't find a better location, or a more private beach-front building. You are close to Sea World, great shopping, restaurants, the world famous San Diego Zoo and of course just steps away from one of San Diego's finest beaches. You will enjoy watching the constant activity on the boardwalk, walking to great shops and restaurants, or riding the roller coaster at Bellmont Park just a few blocks away.

These condos are located in the historic Surf Rider building on Mission Beach. Recently renovated, it has all of the most modern amenities and fixtures. Due to the horseshoe shape of the building each of our condos have a clear unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk through large windows made with special one way reflective glass, allowing for great views without sacrificing privacy. 

The large communal patio has two gas Bar B Q grills, and hot tub (the only one right on the boardwalk in MB!), and several lounge chairs for your convenience.   It is also raised about two feet above ground level so you are somewhat "removed" yet right next to the boardwalk which gives added privacy and allure to the building.

Specials:   November & December rates reduced to $200 per night*

(* Holiday weeks Thanksgiving & Christmas are reduced to $250 per night)                   

Taxes (10.5%), Cleaning ($95), fully refundable Security Deposit ($300)

We just got back from the BEST vacation our family has ever had. The condo was more than we ever could have dreamed. The experience of living right on the beach was incredible. I actually learned how to boogie board! The kids lived on the beach and found some little friends in the condo as well. Thanks so much for making this vacation so much fun. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The wine and chocolate were a special surprise. We will definitely be back next October! Without any question, Surf Rider is the complex that gets all the "oohs and aahs" from people passing by on the Mission Beach boardwalk. The unit itself was extremely well maintained, exceptionally comfortable, and perfectly managed. If you're looking for the perfect southern California, beach vacation, there is no need to look any further. I would not hesitate to do this again in the future. My week at Surf Rider was perfect....
